120-Day Fee Refund Guarantee

A full program-fee refund when zero identified inaccurate negative items from your confirmed start-of-service list are removed within 120 days after the first charge.

Last updated July 15, 2026

1. Our promise

If zero inaccurate negative items from your day-zero identified-item list are removed during the 120 days beginning with your first program charge, contact us and we will refund the program fees you paid under this guarantee in full with no hassle.

This is a satisfaction-based fee-refund promise that applies when its stated trigger is met. It is not a promise that any item will be removed, that a credit score will change, or that a lender will approve an application. It also does not change how we charge: we do not collect a program fee before the related services have been performed, so this guarantee is not an advance-fee arrangement.

2. When the 120-day period starts

Day one is the date of the first program charge, not signup, enrollment, contract signature, card saving, letter preparation, or a later monthly charge. The first charge itself may occur only after the federal three-business-day cancellation window has ended and the mail provider confirms that every required first-round letter has entered the mail stream. Prepared, queued, or accepted-for-processing letters do not satisfy that gate.

The 120-day window runs for 120 consecutive calendar days from that first-charge date and ends at the close of day 120.

3. The covered item list

The guarantee applies only to the inaccurate negative items identified on the recorded day-zero start-of-service list. The signed agreement and portal show how that list is created, confirmed, corrected for clerical error, and preserved.

Items first identified after that list is confirmed, accurate information, score factors that are not report items, and information outside the reports reviewed at enrollment are not part of this guarantee unless your accepted written policy expressly adds them.

4. What triggers the refund

The trigger is zero removals from the covered list by the end of day 120. If at least one covered item is removed, the zero-removal trigger is not met, even if other covered items remain and even if you would have preferred a different item be removed. We verify outcomes using updated credit-report information available during the 120-day period.

We track removals against the covered list; you do not have to prove the negative yourself. If our records and the updated reports show no covered item was removed within the window, the trigger is met.

5. A worked example (illustrative only)

The following is a fictional, illustrative example to show how the trigger works. The figures are sample figures, not a quote, forecast, or promise about your account.

Sample scenario: a member enrolls, and after the three-business-day window closes and the first-round letters enter the mail stream, the first charge posts and starts the 120-day clock. The confirmed day-zero list holds three inaccurate negative items. Assume four monthly charges of the flat $99 program fee are paid during the covered 120-day period. By the end of day 120, the updated reports show that none of those three covered items were removed. Because zero covered items were removed, the trigger is met, and the program subscription fees paid during that window are refundable under this guarantee.

If instead even one of those three covered items had been removed inside the window, the zero-removal trigger would not be met, and the guarantee refund would not apply, though your other rights (including cancel-anytime and any nonwaivable legal rights) would remain.

6. What the refund covers and its cap

The refund covers the program subscription fees you actually paid to us under this guarantee during the covered 120-day period. That is what 'all program fees paid' means: the recurring monthly program fees charged for service during the window, and no more than the total you paid us.

It does not include third-party or out-of-pocket costs you paid to anyone other than us. Examples of amounts not refunded here include postage or notary fees you paid directly, fees a credit bureau or other company charges for a security freeze, report, or monitoring product you bought elsewhere, and bank or card fees. Amounts already returned through a duplicate-charge correction, chargeback, credit, or another refund path are not refunded twice.

7. When and how the refund is paid

Once we confirm the trigger is met and verify account ownership, we approve the refund and process it back to the original payment method used for the program charges. If that method is closed or unavailable, we will arrange a reasonable alternative to return the funds to you.

We process an approved refund promptly, generally within 10 business days of approving your request. The time it then takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control. If a refund is delayed because we need to reasonably verify identity or account ownership, we will tell you what is needed.

8. Your eligibility conditions

This guarantee assumes you participated in the program in good faith. To qualify for a refund under it, the following should be true for the covered period:

  • You kept your monthly program payments current and did not have unpaid or reversed charges for the covered months.
  • You provided the authorizations, identity verification, and documents the program reasonably required so the dispute work could proceed.
  • You followed the program as described in your signed agreement and portal, including timely responses when your input was needed to move a dispute forward.
  • You did not instruct us to dispute, or direct us away from, information you knew to be accurate or valid; the guarantee is about inaccurate items, not the suppression of correct information.

9. Exclusions and anti-abuse

This guarantee is offered in good faith and may be denied or reduced where it is being misused. It does not apply to the extent any of the following occurred:

  • The removal count is affected by fraud, identity misrepresentation, or false statements made to us or to a bureau or furnisher.
  • You already recovered the same fees through a chargeback, bank dispute, prior refund, or other credit, so a further refund would be a double recovery.
  • You blocked or withdrew the disputes, revoked required authorizations, or otherwise prevented the covered work from being performed, and that is why no covered item was addressed.
  • The claim rests on items, reports, or amounts outside the covered day-zero list and covered period, or on third-party costs not paid to us.

10. How to request a refund

Submit a request through your customer portal or concierge so it can be reviewed and processed by a person.

We do not impose a hidden form, cancellation requirement, or irrelevant documentation hurdle. Identity and account ownership may be reasonably verified.

11. Cancellation and the guarantee

Cancellation and a guarantee request are separate. The cancellation flow may include an open-ended note but will not be labeled as the only place to request a refund. Canceling stops future recurring charges; it does not silently waive a guarantee claim or turn cancellation into an automatic guarantee refund.

Cancellation does not waive any guarantee rights you have under the version accepted with your service agreement.

12. Separate three-business-day right

The guarantee is in addition to the federal right to cancel the credit-repair agreement without penalty or obligation within three business days of signing. It does not shorten, condition, or replace that right or any stronger right under applicable law.

13. No credit-outcome guarantee

  • Bureaus and furnishers control investigations and reporting decisions.
  • Accurate information may remain on a report.
  • Credit scores can change for reasons unrelated to a dispute.
  • The guarantee does not promise a particular removal, score, timing, loan, rate, apartment, job, or other third-party decision.

14. How this guarantee fits with our other policies

This guarantee sits alongside your other rights and does not replace them. The Cancellation Policy explains the federal three-business-day right and cancel-anytime billing stop, and the Terms of Use explain how the program, fees, and free services work.

Where those documents and this guarantee describe the same thing, read them together. Nothing here limits a right you cannot waive under applicable federal or state law.

15. Version and nonwaiver

The guarantee version accepted with the paid agreement governs that enrollment, subject to nonwaivable law. Future changes do not reduce an existing customer's accepted promise without the notice and consent legally required.

Guarantee requests and questions may be submitted through the customer portal or your concierge.
