What we stand for

Four commitments we hold on every case.

Not slogans - the operating rules behind how your disputes actually get written and sent.

01

Personalized for your report

The planned program requires a reviewer to read the account history, dates, and balances, check them against the reason the item looks inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, or obsolete, and confirm supporting documents exist before any letter is drafted. Nothing mails on autopilot.

02

Clear ownership, every step

The planned workflow requires a person to review the report, explain each bureau or furnisher reply in plain English, and decide the evidence-backed next step. The workflow keeps ownership of responses and next steps clear, so nothing sits in an anonymous queue.

03

One flat $99 - nothing hidden

No setup fee, no confusing tiers, no surprise upsell. The price you see is the price you pay, every month, and you can cancel anytime.

04

We teach, not just dispute

Clearing old items only sticks if you know what moved the score. Every reply gets explained in plain English, not just filed away, and every member gets free guides on utilization, payment history, inquiries, and timing - open before you ever pay a cent.

Why it matters

Why a personalized letter still beats a mass template.

A useful dispute identifies the account, explains the specific inaccuracy, and includes relevant supporting documents when they exist. A generic template can miss those facts and make the issue harder to understand. We prepare each letter from the member's report and evidence so the bureau or furnisher can investigate the actual issue raised.

How our process is different.

What to watch for

  • Generic template letters that ignore the actual file
  • No clear person accountable for reviewing the file
  • Disputes sent with no supporting facts or documents
  • Setup fees and confusing tiers you learn about later
  • An anonymous queue where no one owns the next step

  • One flat $99 monthly price with no setup fee
  • The workflow assigns ownership for responses and next steps
The honest answer

Why pay $99 when disputing is free?

Because the price buys the review, the evidence work, and the follow-through - not a right you don't already have.

Every consumer has a federal right to dispute inaccurate information directly with a bureau or furnisher at no cost, and that stays true whether or not you ever hear from us. A dispute uses the same process whether you send it or we do - there is no VIP investigation queue. If paid enrollment opens, here is what the planned $99 actually adds:

Required human review of your report and evidence before any letter mails

Evidence assembly - matching account facts, dates, and documents to the specific inaccuracy

Response handling across all three bureaus and any involved furnishers

Plain-English education explaining what each response means and what happens next

Education-first

Disputes clear the past. Understanding protects the future.

Removing inaccurate items is only half the job. The other half is knowing what actually moves a score - so you don't end up back where you started. Every member learns how utilization, payment history, inquiries, and timing really work, with the free credit view open to you before you ever pay a cent.

Free credit education

Plain-English guides on every factor in your score - open to every member, no paywall on understanding.

Before you enroll

Good to know before paid enrollment opens.

Everything above about the $99 program describes the planned design, not current customer operations.

Paid enrollment is not available yet. The required human review, evidence assembly, and bureau and furnisher handling described on this page are planned, not current customer operations. When enrollment opens, it will include a separate written service agreement, required disclosures, and the federal 3-day cancellation right. Review our Terms and 120-Day Fee Refund Guarantee for full details.

Is disputing my own credit report really free to do myself?

Yes. Every consumer has a federal right to dispute inaccurate information directly with a bureau or furnisher at no cost, and that right does not change with or without us. If paid enrollment opens, the $99 program will not offer a different set of rights or a faster lane - it will offer required human review, evidence assembly, and follow-through for people who would rather not manage that process alone.

What does the planned $99 a month include?

One flat $99 monthly price with no setup fee. The planned design includes required human review of the report before any letter mails, evidence-based dispute preparation, response handling across all three bureaus and any involved furnishers, and plain-English education throughout. Paid enrollment is not available yet.

Do you guarantee items will be removed?

No, and be cautious of anyone who says they can. Accurate, verifiable information can stay on a report until it ages off. If none of the inaccurate items identified at the start of service are removed within 120 days of the first charge, the planned program refunds program fees under the 120-Day Fee Refund Guarantee.

How is this different from other credit companies?

Many charge a setup fee, split pricing into confusing tiers, or send mass template disputes regardless of what the report actually says. The planned program is one flat $99 monthly price with no setup fee, disputes grounded in the specific report and evidence, and a single point of human ownership instead of an anonymous queue.

Is the paid program available right now?

Not yet. The current public experience is a free credit view you can preview before any paywall. Paid enrollment, consumer-report intake, and the $99 program described on this page are planned and not available yet.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. If paid enrollment opens, the planned program will be month-to-month with no long-term lock-in, plus the federal three-business-day cancellation right, alongside a separate written service agreement.
