See your credit, free

Connect or upload your report and get a clear, plain-English free credit view - no card, no payment, no pressure.

2

We build your plan

A real specialist reviews your report and builds a dispute strategy around the inaccurate items you chose - never a mass template.

3

Letters go out

Every 30 days we mail fresh, personalized dispute letters to the bureaus and furnishers on your behalf - real mail, not form letters. First charge waits until this work starts.

4

We track results

As responses come back, we log which items were removed - and you can see progress and the next step in one place.

5

We adapt & repeat

Each round we adapt your plan and send fresh letters based on what's working - never the same letter twice.

Phases 3-5 repeat every 30 days - a sharper plan each round - until you've made the progress you need and know how to keep it.

A real specialist reads your full report account by account, flagging every inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated negative item.

Week 1Custom disputes

Your custom plan + first letters

We prepare your first round of personalized disputes - tailored to the items you chose - and mail them to the bureaus and furnishers. First charge waits until this work goes out and your 3-day cancel window has ended.

Weeks 2-4Bureau responses

First responses come back

Bureaus generally have about 30 days to investigate. As replies land, we log every outcome and explain what it means for you. Results vary.

Month 2Round two

Round two + follow-through

We adapt unresolved items with sharper, specific arguments and re-mail. Some files see early updates; others take more cycles - we never promise a fixed outcome.

Month 3Steady cycles

Steady 30-day cycles

Each cycle we send a fresh, adapted round based on what came back. Cleared items are logged in your dashboard; accurate items may remain.

Months 4-6Deep work

The hard cases + real education

We keep working stubborn inaccurate items that take persistence - and teach you the habits that protect progress for good.

Common questions

Good to know.

The practical things members ask before they start.

How fast will I see results?

Many members see their first items removed within 30–60 days, but every report is different and we never promise a specific score or timeline. Bureaus have about 30 days to answer each dispute, so progress builds cycle by cycle.

Will checking my credit or disputing items hurt my score?

Disputing inaccurate information is a federal right and is not itself a hard inquiry. How you connect a report (and whether a pull is soft) depends on the provider path we use - we'll disclose that clearly before you connect. Checking your own free annual reports from AnnualCreditReport.com does not hurt your score.

Is the free credit view really free?

Yes. Connecting your report and seeing your plain-English breakdown costs nothing, and we don't ask for a card to do it. You only decide about the $99/month program once you've seen the value.

What kinds of items can actually be disputed?

Anything on your report that's inaccurate, outdated, or can't be verified - misreported late payments, accounts that aren't yours, duplicate collections, wrong balances, or items past the reporting time limit.

Can you remove accurate, verified information?

No - and be cautious of anyone who says they can. Accurate, timely items stay until they age off. Our work is challenging the inaccurate and unverifiable items, then teaching you how to build up the rest.

How is this different from doing it myself?

You absolutely can dispute on your own. Members come to us for the expertise, the custom letters, and the persistence - we track every response, escalate what stalls, and handle the monthly back-and-forth so it actually gets done.

What happens if a removed item comes back?

If a removed item reappears, we dispute it again at no extra cost - it's all part of your $99/month. Re-insertions also have to follow specific rules, and we hold the bureaus to them.

Do you work with all three credit bureaus?

Yes - Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion, plus the furnishers (the lenders and collectors that report the information), since that's often where an error actually starts.

Will disputing affect a loan or mortgage I'm applying for now?

Disputing doesn't lower your score, but some lenders pause on accounts marked 'in dispute.' If you're mid-application, tell your specialist first and we'll time things around it.

Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime?

Month-to-month with no long-term lock-in and no cancellation fee - cancel in one click (or by email/phone). When you join you'll sign a written service agreement with a federal 3-day cancel right. Within your first 120 days you're covered by our fee-refund guarantee if none of the inaccurate items you identified are removed.

When do you charge the first $99?

Not at signup. Your first charge happens only after your 3-day cancel window ends and we've sent your first round of dispute letters. If a send fails, we don't charge for that empty step.

What do you actually need from me?

Connect your report, forward any letters the bureaus mail you, and keep your bills current going forward. That's most of it - we handle the disputes, the tracking, and the follow-up.

Is my personal information kept private?

We treat your information carefully, use it only to work your case, and never sell it. You stay in control of your data and can leave whenever you want.

See where you stand - free.

It takes about two minutes and costs nothing.
