Illustrative composite, not a verified member result
I'd been told “no” so many times I stopped asking. Eight months later, I got the keys to my own front door.
Danielle came to us after a mortgage pre-approval fell through. Her report had fifteen negative items - some inaccurate, some long past their reporting window, a couple that weren't even hers. We read every line, prepared personalized disputes for her file, and worked one 30-day cycle at a time. She did her part: kept her bills current and forwarded every letter the bureaus mailed her.
- Day 1Free credit view - 15 negative items flagged in plain English.
- Month 1First custom dispute letters mailed to all three bureaus.
- Month 3Two collections and a charge-off removed - score crosses 640.
- Month 611 items gone. Pre-qualified to start house-hunting.
- Month 8Cleared to close - keys in hand, report clean.
Every door started with one report.
Filter by milestone. Each card is an illustrative composite, not a verified production case study.
Illustrative / composite examples only, not verified production outcomes. Credit Polaris is pre-launch, so none of these are real customers. Every member’s situation is different; results vary and are never guaranteed. Names are shortened and details changed for privacy. We never promise a specific score or timeline. What is available today, free, is the same starting point every story above began with: a plain-English view of your own credit report, no card required.

For the first time I understood what was actually on my report - and had someone in my corner helping me challenge the errors.

No template letters, no runaround. Every month I could see exactly what changed and why.

They never promised me a number. They just did the work, taught me the rest, and the doors started opening.
What people ask before they start.
The real questions about results, privacy, and what we can and can't promise.
Are these real customers?
No. Every story on this page - the featured journey, the gallery cards, and the quotes - is an illustrative composite built to show how the program could work, not a case from an actual member. Credit Polaris is pre-launch and hasn’t served real customers yet. Names are shortened, details are changed, and no photo or quote here is attributed to a real person.
Will my results look like these?
Maybe - but we won’t promise it. These stories are illustrative composites, not a guarantee, and results vary by report. The fee-refund window begins on the first-charge date and uses the inaccurate items recorded on the confirmed start-of-service list; no specific removal or score change is promised.
What did you actually do for the people in these stories?
In each composite, the starting point is the same: a free credit view that lays out every item on the report in plain English. From there, personalized dispute letters go out for the items that look inaccurate, on a fresh cycle, with a human reviewing before anything is mailed. That’s education and dispute work - not a promise of any specific outcome.
How long does this typically take?
In these composites, timelines run from about four months to nine months, depending on how many items were flagged and how the bureaus responded. There’s no fixed timeline in the real program either - it depends on your report, the evidence, and the bureaus’ own response windows.
What does it cost?
The planned program is one flat $99 a month - no setup fee, no tiers, no per-item charges. Paid enrollment isn’t available yet; the current public site is a fictional preview, and the free credit view stays free either way.
Do you guarantee results?
No - we never guarantee a specific removal or score change. What is guaranteed is the 120-day fee-refund: if none of the inaccurate items on your confirmed start-of-service list are removed within 120 days of your first charge, the program fees you paid during that window are refunded. See the guarantee page for the full terms.
What has to happen before I’m charged?
You sign a written services agreement before any work starts, and federal law gives you a three-business-day window to cancel at no cost. The first $99 charge doesn’t happen until that window closes and the first round of dispute letters is confirmed mailed, so you’re never billed for work that hasn’t started.
How do you protect members’ privacy?
We shorten names and change identifying details in public examples. Information may also be used to operate the service, protect accounts, meet security or legal obligations, and work with contracted service providers. Our Privacy Policy explains these practices and the choices available to you.
Are the big numbers on this page real production metrics?
No. The counters and aggregate figures are fictional illustrations that show how the page works. They are not customer totals, measured outcomes, or evidence of typical results.
