Cancellation Policy

How to cancel your program and what happens to billing.

DRAFT - requires attorney review before go-live. The structure below is for engineering layout only; final language must be approved by qualified counsel.

1. Three-day right to cancel (CROA)

You may cancel within three business days of signing with no fee. No charge occurs until after this window closes and qualifying service is delivered.

2. Ongoing cancellation

Cancel anytime through your customer portal or by written notice. Cancellation stops future monthly charges.

3. Payment method on file

Removing your program does not automatically delete your vaulted payment token from our processor; contact us if you want it removed.
