Terms of Service

These terms describe how our credit education program works, billing in arrears under CROA, and your cancellation rights.

1. Services

We provide credit education and, when enrolled, prepare and mail dispute correspondence for items you believe are inaccurate. We are not a law firm.

2. CROA protections

You may cancel within three business days without charge. We do not collect fees before performing the services promised for that fee.

3. Billing

Monthly billing uses a vaulted payment token - never your full card number. First charge occurs after the cancellation window closes and qualifying work is delivered.

4. Cancellation

Cancel anytime via the portal or in writing. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
