1. 120-day fee refund
If, within 120 days of enrollment, we do not remove any inaccurate negative items you identified for dispute, contact us and we will refund the program fees you paid under this guarantee. This is a full fee refund for that situation — not a case-by-case discretionary review and not a guarantee of score increases or specific removals.
2. No outcome guarantees
We do not guarantee score increases or that any particular item will be removed. The guarantee refunds fees when zero identified inaccurate items are removed in the window; it does not promise credit outcomes.
